Technical Bulletins

SCRT Technical Bulletins, written by various authors, each expert in their areas,  are available online in the members section for download.  New technical bulletins are added monthly and there is also an online Question and Answer section where members can submit questions to be answered by the SCRT Technical Advisor. Advisor Services

SCRT headquarters maintains a list of fellow members who have expertise in over 40 areas of problem solving. Assistance in accounting, office procedures, computers, cleaning, restoration, inspection information, and more is only a phone call or email away to our members.  Questions can also be submitted on the SCRT website and will be answered by the SCRT Technical Advisor.

The SCRT Monitor features the best of industry information, news, day-to-day subjects, and member updates. This newsletter is published by monthly and mailed to out members. Previous Monitor newsletters are available from this website for your review.

Conventions and Tradeshows

We are a proud sponsor of the the Connections Convention, one of the industry's most highly acclaimed conventions and trade shows, featuring renowned speakers, mini-schools, and the latest industry developments. As an SCRT member, you'll be able to take full advantage of these information-packed sessions featuring the industry's top instructors and motivational speakers at a significant member discount. All conventions are scheduled at locations the entire family will enjoy. Scholarships for SCRT members in good standing are also available.

Industry Recognition and Participation

SCRT works closely and continuously with fiber producers, carpet and upholstery manufacturers, regional associations, and government agencies to promote member interests and to keep in touch with the pulse of the industry.

Laboratory Facilities

The SCRT is affiliated with the International Fabric are Institute (IFI), which performs carpet and fabric testing for SCRT members. The nominal charge for these tests has saved members thousands of dollars over the years.

SCRT Scholarship Program
